Initial consultation
Your first consultation is free either in person or over the phone. In this 30 minutes we’ll connect, explore your needs, and see how I can best support your pregnancy or postpartum journey. This ensures we’re a good fit and allows your care to be truly personalised before the journey of support truly begins.
Please note each services will be tailored to individuals needs, every family is unique therefore how you are supported will be.I have included a general outline for services for your reference.
The Sacred Beginning - Student Doula Support
A deeply supported entry into your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey.
As I complete my formal doula training, I am offering a limited number of spaces for women who feel called to a more connected, intuitive, and personalised support experience—while also contributing to the completion of my certification.
This offering is structured by Doula Support Solutions, ensuring you receive safe, ethical, and well-supported care throughout.
What this includes:

2 x Antenatal sessions (in-person or virtual)
Preparing your body, mind, and birth intentions -
Continuous support during labour and birth

Calm, grounding presence throughout your experience

1 x Postpartum support visit - Looking at family integration, nourishment, and reflection on birth

Ongoing text/voice support throughout your journey

Access to evidence-based resources and emotional support
