Cesarean birth 🤍

Whether planned or unexpected, it’s important to remember this is still your birth. You are still powerful.

Preparing for a cesarean can look like, understanding your options, asking questions,and creating moments of calm within the clinical space, it might be music you’ve chosen, practicing breathing, a gentle voice beside you.

During birth, your experience matters. Feeling informed, supported, and seen can help when things feel unexpected of unfamiliar.

In recovery, I always try honour the process the slowness. Protect your rest, support your body, and allow yourself to be cared for too. Remembering this looks different for everyone.

And if your birth didn’t go to plan…there might be grief here. Try allow space for this, always.

Your story is still whole. Your body is still incredible.

However your baby arrived, you did this ⭐️
